My apologies for the brief holiday break. I know that on Christmas and New Year’s all of you were frantically refreshing PITB to see how poorly your anti-fantasy team was doing.
Well, maybe not.
Even with the extra couple weeks, very few things have changed. Ryan Getzlaf still isn’t scoring. Bruins fans are still whinier than they claim Canucks fans are. And holidayblues is still in first place in the PITB Anti-Fantasy League.
Some things, however, have changed. Eric Staal is no longer the lowest scoring player in his group after scoring 9 points in his last 5 games. Jeff Skinner, thanks to a concussion, is no longer the highest scoring player in his group. And Brayden Schenn has more than 0 points.
Emerys is back in last place for the first time since Week 4. Henrik Sedin, Claude Giroux, Marian Gaborik, John Tavares, and Shea Weber are doing most of the damage. All 5 are badly outscoring their compatriots in their respective categories.
